The Port of Bellingham sought our services when they were faced with the daunting task of rehabilitating a former industrial waste water lagoon (Aeriated Stabilization Basin) into a LEED, sustainable Marina for recreational boating. We hosted a one day charrette with participants from state and local public agencies, consultants and Port of Bellingham Staff.
The City of Blaine, WA, needed improved signage to notify travelers of available services adjacent to a highway access to the Canadian Border.
